Ceara was raised with the belief that James Cummings killed her grandfather the 13th Kid. She joined the CIA in hopes of finding him after various government agencies and bountyhunters could not. Upon locating him she was seconds away from killing him when he told her the truth about what happened the night her grandfather was murdered. She's since joined Jame's War's Chosen group in hopes of finding out the whole truth and to shut down Black Messiah.

 

POWERS: Undefined ability to do what no other superhuman can do. Her genetic make-up apparently is beyond rare, even for superhumans.
