Comics For Sinners Reviews The Steam Engines of Oz FCBD

DeadlyHarvest-036Comics For Sinners, a site focusing on a lot of the beautiful elements of comics (among other things), has just posted a review of The Steam Engines of FCBD, which you can read in fully BY CLICKING HERE, but you can read a sampling from below!

The Steam Engines of Oz stands out between the many FCBD-listings simply because of the cover alone. Twisting tales we all know about Oz, adding in Steampunk (robots, machines, tool belts, cool goggles) and the job is done, right? WRONG!

Arcana delivers something new and fresh, not only by taking the newly found fanbase-heavy Steampunk-theme but also because in this freebie we do NOT get Dorothy slammed in our faces! We are treated to a young, sparkling, blond, jumpsuited, goggles-wearing Victoria, who seems to have one both the hearts of the Emerald City workers but also the attention of the Wicked Ice-Queen…

Writers Sean Patrick O’Reilly and Erik Hendrix are cooking up a charming story, and this Preview… sure sparks interest. Yannis Roumboulias does a nice job capturing the steamy world of Oz…

Thank you to Comics For Sinners for the great review!
